About RAF
RealGold
Registry
The Real Assets Foundation (RAF) is the administrative trustee and compliance authority for a new class of real-estate–based assets—beginning with in-ground gold (RealGold). Through its integrated framework of legal, ecological, and technological oversight, RAF enables lawful participation in real assets that regenerate rather than deplete. We maintain neutral, auditable trust structures that register and administer real estate-based assets such as minerals, timber rights, water rights, community infrastructure, carbon credits, biodiversity units, and more.
The Real Assets Foundation grounds the formal trust layer for assets held in Tripartite Trusts (Mineral, Biological, Social Estates). It interfaces with landholders, trustees, and capital channels to ensure, lawful, neutral, auditable integrity, and fiduciary responsibility. The main two purposes are: Bridging the value of place-bound assets to markets Confirming compliance and eligibility for release of ongoing funds intended for common benefit (rather than personal gain)
